Give Your Building Visitors a Charge

Minify Energy will help you plan, install and commission Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations at your properties.

The growth of electric vehicles (EVs) and the behavior of EV drivers are increasing the demand for electric vehicle charging stations. By providing charging stations at your facilities, you will be positioned as a leader committed to both environmental sustainability and your customers and employees.

Utilities across the country are evolving their energy efficiency programs to provide incentives for EV charging stations - and some will cover the majority of the cost of equipment, installation, or both!

Why EV Charging?

More EV Drivers expect to charge at work. Building owners and tenants benefit from:

  • Improved productivity: Save tenants worry and time by providing them the convenience of charging while they work

  • Increased tenant loyalty: Keep your tenants engaged by providing them a benefit they highly value

  • Enhanced brand image: Show your customers and employees you're a modern workspace by providing innovative charging solutions at your offices

  • Achieve your sustainability goals: Reduce greenhouse gas emissions

Why should you install EV Charging Stations?

  • Attract Customers Who Stay Longer and Spend More

  • Increase time customers spend at your location

  • Attract new and repeat customers

  • Enhance the visual appeal of your location with high-tech charging stations

  • Create advertising opportunity at EV stations

  • Establish your brand as a green leader
